Sometimes all we need are small wins.
Not every win has to be big, and it doesn’t have to be all pretentious.
Sometimes, all we need is something small to remind us that we’re on the right track, that we’re doing something right.
To remind us what it feels like to win. And winning doesn’t have to be something huge.
It can simply be a small success in what we’re doing.
Not everything has to be big and grandiose, like we were taught to think. Sometimes, we just need a reminder of how it feels to win. And anything counts—doing a workout on a day when we don’t have the energy, sitting in a restaurant we wanted to try, ordering dessert alone.
Taking a day off. Having a difficult conversation we’ve been putting off. Things like that.
